CMU shooting suspect deemed competent to stand trial

He's been found competent to stand trial -- now a college student will face charges for shooting and killing his parents in a dorm room.

No trial date has been set for 19-year old James Davis, Jr., who allegedly murdered his parents on the campus of Central Michigan University on March 2.

Davis is charged with two counts of open murder and was captured following a 16 hour manhunt.
